Artist Ricardo Alario unveils ‘Religion, a mysterious truth?’ at Casa de las Tejerinas

Scheduled for Friday, April 25th at 6:00 p.m., the presentation will be open to the public until seating is full. The City Council of Estepona has announced that visual artist Ricardo Alario will introduce his book ‘Religion, a dark reality?’ on the aforementioned date and time, at the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall in Casa de Las Tejerinas. Published by AutografĂ­a Editorial, the book compiles prologues and reviews of exhibitions showcased at his Gallery-Workshop Ricardo Alario during Christmas and Easter. Born in Quart de Poblet, Valencia in 1959, Ricardo Alario has been residing in Malaga since 1964. Over the years, he has managed and overseen various art spaces and workshops such as Akelarre Gallery, Silvart Gallery, Bocana Contemporary Art Gallery, RGalerĂ­a, and Ricardo Alario Gallery-Workshop, all of which have enriched the art scene in Malaga from 1997 to 2022. Presently, he imparts courses and workshops focusing on graphic art at his workshop, in addition to organizing retrospective exhibitions of his artistic journey. In the summer of 2020, the Marbella-based artist showcased ‘Around the Cable’ exhibition at Casa de Las Tejerinas, featuring a collection of landscapes capturing the mineral loading tower at Cable beach in the neighboring town.
