The protagonist, Juana, embarks on a spontaneous journey to Brazil after stumbling upon a passport and plane ticket. Readers will be taken on a thrilling adventure with her as she confronts her past and fights for her son’s well-being. Guided by intuition and emotion, Juana sets off on a perilous path that will have lasting consequences for herself and others she encounters along the way, leading to unforeseen experiences. This novel intricately weaves together family secrets and explores themes of survival, bravery, love, fate, and the relentless pursuit of dreams. Carmen Trella Vida, originally from Malaga and a graduate in Business Studies, has always had a passion for literature and writing, using it as a means to share her thoughts, experiences, and outlook on life. ‘Paths of Destiny’ marks her fourth published novel, drawing inspiration from her time in Brazil in 2024.
