The Association ‘Paula and the marrow factory’ will benefit from the II Solidarity Race ‘Route 091’, organized by the City Council of Estepona in collaboration with the National Police. The event, scheduled for November 9, aims to raise funds for research and treatments against leukemia. The mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, and other officials presented the race, praising the association’s work in supporting children with cancer and their families. Registrations for the race, which is part of the series organized by the National Police nationwide, are open on the official website until November 5. Participants can choose between running, walking, or making a voluntary donation through the ‘Dorsal 0’ solidarity bib. The children’s race will start at 10:00 am, while the adult race and walk will begin at 11:00 am, following a 4,600-meter route through various streets and promenades in Estepona. Bib collection will take place on November 7 and 8 at the National Police office, and on the race day at the starting area. Participants must present their ID for bib collection, while minors need a signed authorization from their parent or guardian.
