Taking place from October 24 to 26 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, the third edition of the Costa del Sol Manga Festival Vol.3 in Estepona will showcase cosplay contests, video game tournaments, exhibitors, workshops, concerts, Japanese cuisine, and the official ‘OtakuDisco’ party, among other activities. Estepona City Council announces that this weekend, the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos will host this important event dedicated to manga, anime, and Japanese culture in Andalusia. With a focus on inclusion, local talent, and cultural diversity, this edition offers a diverse program to celebrate Japanese culture and its impact on art, entertainment, and society today. Organized by the non-profit association Pax Cultural in collaboration with the City Council, the festival aims to create a space for creativity, participation, and coexistence between fans and the general public, featuring mini cosplay catwalks, video game tournaments, exhibitors, TCG competitions, concerts, gastronomy, workshops, talks, cosplay contests, and the official OtakuDisco party. Opening hours are from 16.00 to 21.00 on Friday and 10.00 to 21.00 on Saturday and Sunday, with ticket prices at 1 euro, 3.50 euros, and 2.50 euros respectively. The Festival Manga Costa del Sol Vol. 3 has become a regional benchmark, combining entertainment and culture while promoting values such as creativity, coexistence, and active youth participation. It offers a unique experience for audiences of all ages to come together and celebrate their passion for manga and anime.
