The upcoming exhibition at Casa de Las Tejerinas in Plaza de las Flores will showcase the work of Carla Hurtado, a versatile artist from Alicante. Titled ‘Steps towards the ineffable’, the exhibition will feature fourteen works curated by Mikey Rico, including series such as Moon Girls, Universe, Renacer, and Totem. Hurtado describes her art as a journey through inner and outer landscapes, aiming to capture the intangible and transcendental. Visitors can enjoy the exhibition until April 23, with free access on specified days and times. Hurtado, born in Alicante in 1988, has explored various artistic mediums throughout her career, including crafts, modeling, illustration, and sculpture. She continues to create art that fosters connection and empathy, collaborating with psychologists to aid in self-discovery through her work.
