Two new calisthenics areas will be added to the network of free sports facilities in Estepona, making them some of the most comprehensive in Andalusia for this discipline. The City Council is investing approximately 90,000 euros in the creation of these facilities in the park of El Angel and the Fair and Sports Park. The equipment will include top-quality materials like galvanized steel and stainless steel for durability suitable for outdoor use. The calisthenics park in El Angel will feature various elements for exercises like sit-ups, push-ups, and bar exercises. Similarly, the circuit at the fairgrounds will offer similar elements, making both areas among the most complete in Andalusia. These additions complement the existing calisthenics areas in Estepona, demonstrating the Council’s commitment to bringing sports closer to residents.
