A new soccer field will be inaugurated by the City Council this Saturday in the northern region of Cancelada. This training facility will complement the current 7-a-side soccer fields used by the local team. The inauguration event will include a friendly match between veterans of CD Estepona and CD Cancelada, as well as free paella and bouncy castles for entertainment. The new sports facility, located on Bahamas Street, features state-of-the-art artificial turf with FIFA QUALITY and FIFA QUALITY PRO certifications. The inauguration ceremony will kick off at 10.00 am with league matches, followed by the veterans’ match at 13.00. The event promises a day of fun and celebration for the community, with refreshments, paella, and activities for children until 17.00.
