Estepona Mayor, José María García Urbano, emphasized the city’s commitment to culture, with new cultural spaces like the Mirador del Carmen and a vibrant program of activities. Julia Viejo, born in 1981, has a diverse literary background, including short stories, novels, poetry anthologies, and translations.
