Estepona City Council has announced that admission will be free until the venue reaches full capacity. Known for being listed among the top 100 doctors in Spain by El Confidencial, Dr. Gutiérrez Rojas will provide guidance on incorporating various practices into daily life to enhance psychological well-being, with self-awareness being a crucial element. The conference, which will last for 45 minutes, will be followed by a question and answer session. It will cover the importance of self-awareness in achieving mental wellness, emphasizing the recognition of personal strengths and weaknesses. Dr. Gutiérrez will also offer practical recommendations for mental health, including nurturing positive social connections, staying active, focusing on the present moment, and engaging in enriching activities.
