Theatre Properties is set to showcase a rendition of the classic play by William Shakespeare, Romeo and Juliet The Musical, on Saturday, October 25. The show, under the direction of Silvia Villaú, will have two performances at 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. The Estepona City Council has announced that Theatre Properties will bring to Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI the only theatrical and musical adaptation of Shakespeare’s original play in Spain. The story follows Romeo, a Montague, and Juliet, a Capulet, as they navigate their forbidden love in Verona, becoming the most renowned lovers in literature. The production features an exquisite set design and lighting to transport the audience to sixteenth century Verona, along with opulent costumes reminiscent of Broadway. The show includes captivating choreography and thrilling sword fights to enhance the narrative’s intensity. When fate intertwines with love, nothing can stand in its way.
