Scheduled for the weekend of January 16-18, the eighth edition of the ‘WinterKendo Estepona 2026’ will take place at the Polideportivo La Lobilla in Estepona. This Kendo Seminar will bring together top athletes in the martial art discipline, along with national and international masters. Organized by the Club Shion-Dojo KENDO-IAIDO-MALAGA in collaboration with the Estepona City Council, the event will feature grade exams up to 5th Dan and competition practices. Renowned Kendo masters like Markus Frey, Mikko Salonen, Kai Markus Lyyrtö, Emilio Gómez, Antonio Gutiérrez, and Santiago Peydró will be in attendance, alongside federated athletes from across the country. The schedule includes various activities such as Kata, Kihon/Waza practice, Keiko sessions, and Shiai competitions for different Dan levels.
