XXXII Andalusian Scout Song Festival set to take place in Estepona

Scheduled for March 29 and 30 at the Palacio de Exposiciones y Congresos, the XXXII Andalusian Scout Song Festival will bring together approximately 2,000 young individuals from Andalusia. The event aims to promote scout values such as education, respect, and environmental protection. Councilor Julia Simon, along with Scouts Andalusia president Joaquin Muñoz and coordinator Alfredo Nunez, have announced that the festival, themed ‘The joy of living’, will feature participants of various ages and Scout groups from across the region. Music will be utilized as a tool for education and integration, fostering coexistence, teamwork, and cultural diversity appreciation through songs that convey scout values. The festival, evolving over 32 editions, continues to provide a platform for showcasing creativity and musical passion, encompassing a range of compositions from traditional to contemporary, all reflecting Scouting principles like love for nature, solidarity, and social commitment.
