The upcoming weekend will see Estepona as the venue for Round 4 of the TOP TTR Absolute and Under-11 Badminton Tournament. The event, crucial for national rankings, is scheduled for Saturday, the 19th, at the El Carmen Sports Complex, with the first round kicking off at 9:00 a.m. Estepona City Council has revealed that the matchday is part of the badminton season organized by the Andalusian Badminton Federation and the Estepona Badminton Club. Supported by the Department of Tourism, Culture, and Sports of the Regional Government of Andalusia, in collaboration with the Estepona City Council, the tournament is open to players from various clubs in Andalusia and Spain, competing in the Absolute and Under-11 categories, as well as to all badminton enthusiasts. Approximately 100 participants will take part in categories such as IM-11, IF-11, DM-11, DF-11, DX-11, IM, IF, DM, DF, and DX, earning points towards the ESP Rn Youth (Level 7) and ESP Rn Senior (Level 7) rankings. The top three finishers in each category will receive medals.
