The latest round of the Andalusian Cup of Block Climbing took place at the Municipal Climbing Wall, organized by the Andalusian Federation of Mountain Sports, Climbing and Hiking, along with the Estepona Mountain Group and the City Council. The event brought together a large number of athletes, including local climbers from the Sports Schools of the Estepona Mountain Club, showcasing their skill and competitive spirit. The young talents displayed impressive performances, with climbers like Vera Pastor Llorente and Mijail Parasiy Boychuk achieving notable results in their categories. Juan Infante claimed first place in the Absolute male category, while Mar Carreño secured third place in Absolute female. Conchita Ballesteros Perez and Juan Infante emerged as the winners in the absolute category. The competition featured various categories, with podium finishes for athletes like Carmen Daza Ortigosa, Arturo Benítez Ballesteros, and Sergio Serrano Bellido. The event showcased a high level of competition and talent, highlighting the growth of climbing in Estepona.
