Learn the ‘Four keys to enhance your relationships’ with the Buddhist guru Guen Kelsang Trime

The municipality of Estepona has announced that the Buddhist mentor Guen Kelsang Trime will be presenting the lecture ‘Four keys to improve your relationships’ on the upcoming Tuesday, April 22nd at 19:00 at the Padre Manue Cultural Center. Trained under the guidance of Geshe Kelsang Gyatso, this seasoned instructor will discuss various strategies for enhancing relationships. ‘When we feel accepted by others, we become more at ease and our positive traits shine through. Similarly, when we embrace others, they too will exhibit their best qualities, leading to improved relationships,’ she elaborates. Guen Kelsang Trime currently serves as a resident teacher at the Kadampa Meditation Center, KMC Spain, located in Alhaurin el Grande. Discovering kadam dharma in 1998, she has been sharing her teachings since 2007.
