The City Council of Estepona is hosting a talk on ‘How to start a business in social networks’ at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center. The event will take place on Saturday, May 10, from 12:00 to 13:00 hours. Julia Simón, the councilor of the Youth area, mentioned that this talk is part of the Year of Youth program. María Speaks English, a young translator, interpreter, and influencer from Malaga, will be sharing her insights. Maria Gonzalez Duran, the creator of the project Pikingli by Maria Speaks English, will also be speaking about her journey as a young entrepreneur in the digital world. With over one million followers on TikTok and 40,000 students in her online academy, María will discuss how she has developed a strong community with an educational project that aligns with her values.
