Estepona to be the Venue for the U16 and U18 National Tennis Tour RPT-Marca by Wilson

Scheduled from May 26 to June 1, the competitions will take place at the Estepona Tennis and Paddle Club, supported by the Estepona Town Hall and the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation. The Estepona City Council announces that the city will once again welcome the U16 & U18 categories of the National Tennis Circuit RPT-Marca by Wilson, the longest-standing Youth Circuit in Spanish Tennis, marking its thirtieth anniversary this year, with the backing of the local authorities. The tournament, focused on the Cadet U16 and Junior U18 age groups, will be overseen by Fernando Gil and Alberto Gil, the president and manager of the Estepona Tennis and Paddle Club, while David Gomez will serve as the referee, managing participants from all across Spain. Furthermore, various training programs and professional certification courses for tennis, paddle, and pickleball coaches have been arranged during the event, conducted by the Professional Tennis Registry, Professional Paddle Registry, and Professional Pickleball Registry, led by Luis Mediero, Alberto Gil, and Gabriel Cuadros, respectively. Registrations for both U16 and U18 categories will remain open until 21:00 on May 19th and can be completed via the Circuit’s website: torneos.icisports.org. The Registro Profesional de Tenis – RPT, a key figure in Junior Tennis in Spain since 1995, is the main organizer of the National Circuit RPT – MARCA by Wilson, featuring 83 tournaments across Spain in its 30th edition, supported by the Royal Spanish Tennis Federation and in partnership with Tennis-Point, NH hotels, NutriSport, HdI, ICI Sports University, and APE sport.
