Estepona City Council Hosts the Grand Finale of the 7th Young Performers Contest ‘City of Estepona’ for Children Under 13 Years Old

The upcoming national contest is scheduled for May 24 with semifinals taking place at Colegio San José, followed by the final on May 25 at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center. Talented young musicians specializing in piano, strings (violin, viola, cello, and double bass), wind instruments, harp, and guitar will showcase their skills. Estepona City Council is excited to announce the seventh edition of the National Competition for Young Performers ‘City of Estepona’, aiming to promote and nurture cultural and artistic talents among children. The event is designed to discover and support young musical prodigies and is open to performers up to 13 years old. The jury will select five finalists from the ten semifinalists, who will compete in the grand finale on May 25 at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center. The esteemed jury panel includes renowned figures from the music industry at national and international levels. Prizes will be awarded to the winners, along with special awards from sponsors and collaborators. The event is organized by the Musical Association ‘Gradus ad Parnassum’ under the leadership of Olga Tarasova, with support from the City Council of Estepona and various music organizations and institutions.
