The City Council will host a monographic workshop titled ‘Body Messages’ on Women’s Health Day. The event is scheduled for Friday, May 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center. Interested participants must register at the CMIM. The workshop aims to explore the different characteristics of women and men from biological, psychological, social, and cultural perspectives. By understanding these differences, we can identify inequalities, address the root causes, and work towards achieving equality. Through activities like relaxation exercises, documentary screenings, and presentations, participants will learn how thoughts, words, and emotions can impact their quality of life. The workshop will be led by psychologist Ana Jesus Andrades Ruiz from the Municipal Center for Women’s Information. To inquire or register, please contact the Municipal Women’s Information Center at delmujer.psicologico@estepona.es or call 952 80 47 04.
