The City Council announces ten free dance shows for summer evenings ’25

The Parque del Orquidario, Plaza Antonia Guerrero, Plaza del Reloj, Parque El Calvario, and Plaza de la Juventud in Cancelada will host dance performances during the summer nights. Estepona City Council has revealed that various public spaces, including the Botanical Orchid Park, Plaza Antonia Guerrero, Plaza del Reloj, El Calvario Park, and the Plaza de la Juventud in Cancelada, will be the venues for dance shows as part of the ‘Summer Cultural Agenda 2025’. These shows will be presented by dance students from municipal academies at the Centro Cultural Padre Manuel. From July 8 to August 19, ten free performances will take place starting at 9:30 pm: – Tuesday, July 8, at Plaza del Reloj: FLAMENCO AND MODERN DANCE by ‘El Taller del Arte’ directed by José Franco and Inmaculada Carmona. – Tuesday, July 15, at Botanical Orchid Park: FLAMENCO, SPANISH CLASSICAL, MODERN DANCE, AND BALLET by Dance Studio of Gemma Sanchez ‘La Milana’. – Thursday, July 17, at Botanical Orchid Park: DANZATERAPIA by Workshop ‘=ES’ of Danzaterapia led by Inmaculada Chacón. – Monday, July 21, at Plaza del Reloj: DANCE by Students of the Dance Academy led by Monica Peña showcasing different dance styles. – Tuesday, July 22, at Plaza del Reloj: CLASSICAL BALLET, MODERN JAZZ, AND LATIN DANCES by MT Dance School directed by Martina Tessaro. – Wednesday, July 23, at Plaza José Vázquez de Cancelada: DANZATERAPIA by Workshop ‘=ES’ of Danzaterapia led by Inmaculada Chacón. – Tuesday, July 29, at El Calvario Park: SPANISH DANCE, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE by Aula de Danza Española y Flamenco and group ‘Ocean Danza y Acrobacia’. – Tuesday, August 5, at Botanical Orchid Park: FLAMENCO by Dance Academy ‘Sólo Flamenco’ directed by Ana Guerrero. – Tuesday, August 12, at Orquidario Botanical Park: BALLROOM DANCING, CABARET, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE by Classroom Ballroom Dancing, Cabaret and Oriental Dance, and Modern Dance and Flamenco group. – Tuesday, August 19, at Plaza del Reloj: SPANISH DANCE, FLAMENCO, AND MODERN DANCE by Aula de Danza Española y Flamenco and group ‘Ocean Danza y Acrobacia’.
