The 3rd Taekwon-Do Championships ITF Estepona 2025: Over 250 Athletes Ready to Compete

Scheduled for Saturday, October 25, the third edition of this championship will kick off at 9:00 a.m. at the El Carmen sports center, welcoming participants of all ages. Estepona City Council has announced the upcoming III Promotion Taekwon-Do ITF City of Estepona 2025 Championship, organized by Club Deportivo Taekwon-Do Estepona in collaboration with the local authorities. The competition will focus on the foundational categories of Taekwon-Do and will commence at 09:00 at El Carmen sports center, bringing together athletes from various parts of Andalusia, with an estimated 250+ participants including children as young as four. Luis Gil, the councilman responsible for sports, commends the efforts of the local Taekwon-Do club in promoting the martial art and praises the organization of this event, which has become a highly anticipated gathering for athletes and enthusiasts. Alberto Barsemanto, president of Taekwon-Do Sports Club of Estepona, expresses high hopes for this year’s championship, following the success of previous editions. He states, ‘Our primary goal has always been to ensure the continuity of this competition.’ The event will feature 16 Andalusian clubs competing in Tul (patterns) and Sparring. Both the sports councilman and the club president encourage supporters to attend this thrilling championship, promising an exciting spectacle with free entry.
