The debut novel by Ángel Rovira Sánchez, ‘The Reflection of Myself’, will be presented at Casa de Las Tejerinas next Friday, November 7, at 6:00 p.m. Entry is free until full capacity is reached. Estepona City Council has announced that the event will take place in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall. Published by Editorial ExLibric, the novel explores different approaches to life and relationships, sometimes conflicting but coexisting harmoniously. The story follows Abril, a supermarket cashier with a routine life and a passion for photography, and her boyfriend Oliver, who is grieving the loss of his mother. Abril’s life takes an unexpected turn when Eneas, a cheerful young man, and Alhena, a captivating Drag Queen, enter her life. Ángel Rovira Sánchez, born in Ceuta in 1993 and residing in Estepona since 2021, draws inspiration from real experiences and emotions in crafting this fictional tale. The novel reflects on love, friendship, and family relationships in a natural and unprejudiced manner, as the author shares his thoughts on pursuing dreams and embracing life.
