Estepona City Council has announced that the Palacio de Congresos will be transformed into a hub of fun and creativity on November 8 and 9, attracting players, families, authors, publishers, and enthusiasts from across Europe. Attendees will have the chance to explore new board game releases, including the highly anticipated ‘Orloj’ prototype, renowned for its success at the Essen Spiel fair in Germany. ‘7 Empires’ and the ‘Mare Nostrum’ edition of ‘Concordia’ by Mac Gerdts will also make their Spanish debut at the event, alongside other exciting titles. With an average attendance of 4,000 visitors each year, the gathering has become a prominent fixture on the national entertainment calendar, drawing in both local and international crowds. The program features activities for all ages, from giant games to puzzle tournaments and prototype contests. Awards will be presented for the Best Spanish Board Games in various categories, and young authors will have the opportunity to showcase their work to industry professionals.
