The International Day of Flamenco will be celebrated on November 16 to honor this cultural heritage. In anticipation of this, the City Council of Estepona and the Estepona Flamenco Association ‘El Patio’ are organizing an Open Day event called ‘Knowing Flamenco’ at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center on November 12. This event includes a free flamenco singing workshop led by the renowned singer Ana Fargas. Participants can attend one of the two sessions at 18:00 or 20:00 hours by confirming their attendance in advance at 699778574. The workshop will focus on the analysis of a specific flamenco style, its rhythm, melody, and lyrics, providing insights into this traditional art form. The Estepona Flamenco Association ‘El Patio’ aims to share its expertise with individuals of all ages, offering tailored training in music and performance skills.
