The Municipal Sports Schools will send a group of seniors from El Carmen Sports Center to Riogordo this Thursday for the XXVI Meeting of Seniors in Sports organized by the Provincial Council of Malaga. The event aims to encourage active aging, social interaction, and physical activity, combating isolation. Over 2,000 seniors from 63 municipalities in the province will participate in the six-day program. Each meeting includes various activities such as games, exercises, dancing, and relaxation techniques, promoting overall well-being and community engagement.
