The City Council introduces the fitness program ‘Stay Fit for Christmas’ 2025

The collaboration between the City Council, the 24 Hour Sports Foundation, and local sports clubs and centers has led to the creation of a new fitness program. Estepona City Council has announced that the municipal Sports delegation, in partnership with various local sports clubs, will host a series of fitness activities in the lead up to Christmas as part of the program ‘Stay Fit for Christmas’ 2025. The schedule includes: – On Thursday 11, from 16:00 to 21:00, at the Covered Pavilion La Lobilla, the X Christmas Tournament ‘School Games Indoor Football – 24 Hours Sports’ will take place. This event will involve 20 Indoor Football teams from 6 schools, with a total of 150 participants. Apart from trophies, sports equipment will be awarded to the participating schools. The tournament is organized by the 24 Hours Sports Foundation in collaboration with the City Council. – Tuesday 16, starting at 19:00, at the Polideportivo El Carmen, the Martial Arts Night 2025 will be held. This event will feature various displays by the Municipal Sports Schools of Martial Arts and local clubs and sports centers, showcasing a variety of martial disciplines such as Judo, Karate Kyokushin, Karate Shotokan, Taekwon-do, and Kick Boxing. The City Council, with the support of local clubs, is organizing this activity which is expected to attract around 250 participants, predominantly children. – Saturday 20, from 10:00 to 14:00, at the Polideportivo El Carmen, the Volleyball Promotion Day will take place. This event is organized by the 24 Hours Sports Foundation in collaboration with the City Council and the Estepona Volleyball Club.
