The City Council of Estepona is once again organizing the culinary and cultural event known as ‘Sweet Christmas Celebration with Flavour of Malaga’, in partnership with the ‘Taste of Malaga’ project supported by the Provincial Council of Malaga. The event, scheduled for December 11, aims to highlight the Christmas traditions and desserts from different nationalities residing in the city. Participants from around twenty countries will have the opportunity to present their traditional Christmas sweets and cakes, sharing the history and customs associated with these festive treats. The event, taking place at Casa de Las Tejerinas, will start at 5:00 pm and is open to the public, offering a chance to sample a variety of Christmas delicacies from across the globe. This multicultural gathering is part of the ‘Sharing Cultures’ initiative, which aims to engage foreign residents in Estepona’s social and cultural life, reflecting the diverse community that now accounts for a third of the city’s population, representing over 135 different nationalities.
