The author José Ruíz Márquez will introduce his third cookbook, ‘Easy Homemade Recipes to Make, Volume III. A mi estilo’, on Wednesday, December 17, at 6:00 p.m. in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of Casa de Las Tejerinas. Following his previous successful books, ‘Simple Homemade Recipes to Make’ (volumes I and II), José continues to share his culinary creations. After his initial publication, ‘Memorias de un esteponero’, in 2022, José presented ‘Simple Homemade Recipes to Make’ in October 2023, followed by ‘Memories of an esteponero’ in April of the following year. Inspired by the positive feedback, he now presents ‘A mi estilo’, showcasing his unique cooking style. Despite his lack of prior cooking experience, José learned to cook out of necessity and emphasizes the importance of preparing food with love and care. Through his TV appearances and social media presence, José’s passion for cooking shines through in his latest book.
