Martínez Ares will showcase his new comparsa, ‘Los Humanos’, at the COAC of the Falla Theater in Estepona. The performance is scheduled for Friday, February 20 at 22:00 and Sunday, March 8 at 12:00. Estepona’s City Council has announced the return of Antonio Martinez Ares, known as the ‘Great Poet of the Carnival of Cadiz’, at the Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI on Friday, February 22 at 22:00, presenting ‘Los Humanos’. This new creation marks his participation in the Official Competition of Carnival Groups at the Gran Teatro Falla de Cadiz 2026, following a one-year hiatus. ‘Los Humanos’ portray a group of elderly individuals who, with their life experience, offer a profound lesson on humanity in the context of Carnival. Due to high anticipation, ‘Los Humanos’ will also perform at the Teatro Auditorio Felipe VI on Sunday, March 8, with a matinee show at 12:00.
