Prior to the presentation, on March 17, the author will lead the creative writing workshop ‘Breaking out of lethargy, activating the plot’, designed for individuals looking to enhance their narrative projects. The workshop will focus on techniques to overcome creative blocks, ignite dramatic conflicts, and enhance the structure of stories, encouraging participants to explore new perspectives and expressive tools. Born in Madrid in 1988, Barbara Arena has a background in communication and currently works as a freelance writer, contributing to popular culture discussions for Vogue. ‘A farewell’ marks her venture into literary storytelling, portraying a love story within a family deeply affected by a life-altering event, symbolizing the essence of historical Spain.
