Scheduled for April 14 at 9:30 a.m., the 5th Children’s Athletics Tournament will take place at the Estepona Athletics Stadium. Estepona City Council has announced the upcoming ‘V Children’s Athletics Tournament 2026’, organized in collaboration with Estepona Athletics Club and local Secondary Schools. Over 300 1st, 2nd, and 3rd ESO students from six high schools will showcase their skills after completing the training phase from February to April. The competition will feature various events such as sprints, endurance races, long jump, shot put, and relays, with both male and female categories. Prizes will be awarded to the top performers in each category, as well as to the schools with the highest points accumulation. Families are encouraged to support and cheer for the participants from the designated bleachers area.
