The opportunity to sample the culinary delights of nearly fifty restaurants and bars in Estepona will take place this weekend during the XV Gastronomic Event ‘Enjoy Estepona’. Citizens can vote for their favorite tapas and have the chance to win prizes. The City Council will award 3,500 euros to the establishments with the most popular tapas, determined by both the public and a professional jury. The event, part of the ‘Estepona lives its streets’ initiative, will run from Friday to Sunday. Participants can collect a ‘Passport of the Gastronomic Route’ from select locations to vote for their preferred tapas. The voting requires a minimum of three stamps from different establishments. The prices for a tapa and drink range from 3.50 to 4.50 euros. The schedule for the event includes Friday from 20.00 to 23.00, Saturday from 13.00 to 16.00 and 20.00 to 23.00, and Sunday from 13.00 to 16.00. A variety of prizes will be raffled among voters, including hotel stays, spa packages, paddle surf board, Iberian ham, and show tickets. The participating establishments offer a diverse range of tapas, from Chicharrón to Seafood fritters, ensuring a unique gastronomic experience for all visitors.
