Art enthusiasts can enjoy Paloma Ripollés’ new exhibition from April 30 to May 13 at Casa de Las Tejerinas, free of charge. Estepona Town Hall announces the showcase of the Madrid-born painter’s medium and large format works from her ‘Gardens’ series. The collection, characterized by a naturalistic style with Fauvist impressionism influences, features contemporary landscapes that highlight a harmonious blend of colors and refined techniques, conveying deep emotions and showcasing the richness of color, texture, and soul in each piece. Visitors can explore the exhibition until May 13, with opening hours from Tuesday to Friday (09:00-20:00) and Saturdays (09:00-14:00, 16:00-20:00), all with complimentary entry. Paloma Ripollés, a talented painter and engraver, meticulously captures reality in her unique and personal style. Her creative process, involving palette knives and brushes, results in textures, gestures, layers, lines, and colors that reflect the emotional depth of her art. Having exhibited in renowned galleries across Spain, Europe, the United States, and Latin America, Paloma’s works adorn prestigious private collections, and she has been honored with several awards for her exceptional talent. A Fine Arts graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid, she further honed her skills through two Masters programs in Florence, showcasing her art at the avant-garde gallery I’ll Moro, thus entering the international art scene in 1991.
