Participating in one of the ten Days of Nordic Walking Adapted for Seniors organized by the Provincial Council of Malaga, about fifty students from the Municipal Sports Schools of Physical Activity for Seniors in Estepona enjoyed a 6 kilometer route with poles in Torre del Mar. Accompanied by two municipal sports technicians, they performed different physical exercises in a healthy and friendly atmosphere, along with approximately 230 participants from various localities. Nordic Walking, a sport that combines the use of poles with walking, is known for improving endurance, coordination, and posture, making it an ideal activity for seniors.
