The women’s basketball team of Ingeniería Ambiental CAB Estepona will compete in its first playoff for the Endesa F League title against Casademont Zaragoza this Thursday. The match is scheduled to take place at 8:00 p.m. in the Municipal Pavilion José Antonio Pineda. Estepona City Council has announced that the team will play for the championship on April 30, marking a significant milestone in Spanish basketball. After securing their spot in the league two weeks ago, the local team is now set to challenge the top-seeded Casademont Zaragoza in the quarterfinals, with the first leg in Estepona on April 30 and the second leg on May 3.
