Taking place on Sunday, May 24 at 9:30 am, the Fit Bike Estepona MTB Marathon will host up to 300 participants. Registration is available on the official race website until May 21 at 15:00, as well as on the day of the event if spots are still open. Councilman Luis Gil and CD Fit Bike Estepona president Juan José López have announced the upcoming MTB Marathon Fit Bike Estepona, scheduled for May 24, organized by C.D. Fit Bike Estepona in collaboration with the Union Cyclist Virgen del Carmen and the City Council. This race is part of the XXVIII Provincial Cycling Circuit Diputación de Málaga, featuring over 40 events including MTB Marathon, MTB Half Marathon, MTB XCO, MTB Schools, and Road categories. The event, attended by the president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer of Estepona Julia Crespo and photographer Virginia Villalba, aims to raise funds for cancer patients through ‘Photo Solidarity’. The 65-kilometer Fit Bike Estepona MTB Marathon, the third of five races in the Provincial Circuit 2026, will allow electric bicycles (E-Bikes) to participate with a 10-minute delay from other competitors. Categories include Under-23, Master 60-50-40-30, Junior, Elite (male and female), and Cyclotourists. Registration, limited to 300 participants, is open online until May 21 at 15:00 for €20 federated participants and €32 non-federated. Late registration after May 18 will incur a €5 fee increase, rising to €25 for federated and €37 for non-federated. On-site registration on race day (from 08:00 to 09:00) is available if spots remain, with an additional €5 fee, making it €30 for federated and €42 for non-federated.
