The pictorial work of Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï, a member of the artists’ group ‘JAJA’, is on display at Casa Las Tejerinas until June 17, with free entry. The Town Hall of Estepona has announced that the exhibition, featuring paintings by Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï, will take place from May 28 to June 17 at Casa de Las Tejerinas in Plaza de las Flores. ‘JAJA’ is a collective consisting of Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï (painter and designer), Natalie Kay (photographer), and Laurent Maruani (digital photographer). Originally from France, they blend Contemporary Art and Digital Art by combining photography, drawing, and painting. Isabelle Taieb’s acrylics and charcoals display a delicate harmony between the figurative and abstract, resulting in vibrant and spiritual paintings. She skillfully captures the transient nature of life and the intensity of emotions, using colors to convey the poetry of her artistic perspective. The exhibition is open from Tuesday to Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm, and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with free admission. Born in Paris, Isabelle Taieb Nicolaï is a self-taught painter who infuses her work with sensitivity and poetry. She expresses her emotions through colors, seeking to balance strength and lightness on canvas, reflecting life’s impermanence while offering a space filled with energy, purity, and spirituality. Following her instincts, she allows her heart and soul to guide her brush, embracing the journey between the figurative and abstract, aiming to dream like a child.
