Interested parties have until May 7 to submit their proposals, which must meet specific requirements including a large heated swimming pool, seating for 200 spectators, several racquet courts, petanque courts, and other outdoor sports areas. The winning bidder will be responsible for financing the construction, operation, and maintenance of the facilities for a period of 50 years, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards. The City Council will evaluate proposals based on various criteria such as pricing, discounts for local residents, number of sports courts, environmental sustainability measures, and proposed enhancements to the project.
