The Estepona City Council has initiated a comprehensive campaign to clear and clean the entire coastal corridor, aiming to keep this area in top condition for residents. Starting in the Guadalobón area, the specialized team is using various tools to maintain and enhance the path. This initiative serves a dual purpose: ensuring the corridor’s cleanliness and conservation for safe transit, as well as reducing the risk of fire by clearing dry vegetation and undergrowth. Additionally, to maintain the corridor throughout the summer, clearing work will be conducted twice to control vegetation growth and maintain safety, cleanliness, and accessibility.
