The deadline for registration has been extended until Sunday, March 29, at 00:00 hours. The Estepona Town Hall has announced that the registration period for the XV Ruta de la Tapa ‘Taste Estepona’, part of the cultural event ‘Estepona lives its streets 2026’, will remain open until Sunday, March 29th, at 00:00 hours. Bars and restaurants in Estepona can register for the Tapa Route, as well as participate in the ‘The Best Tapa 2026’ contest. The rules and registration form can be found on the City Council’s Electronic Headquarters. Awards include cash prizes for the best tapas chosen by customers and a professional jury. The participants will offer tapas with drinks at affordable prices during specific hours from April 17 to 19. Frutas & Verduras Acosta will provide each participant with 100 euros in purchases for tapa preparation. The public can also join the contest and win prizes by collecting stamps from different establishments and submitting completed ‘passports’ at designated locations.
