The tribute to the ’25 Years of Magic’ will be held from September 3 to 5, featuring a special program with movies, an exhibition, board games, an escape room, parades, and a concert. Estepona City Council, in collaboration with the Unicornio Association, has organized a series of activities to celebrate the 25th anniversary of the iconic Harry Potter film series. This initiative honors the Spanish premiere of ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ on November 30, 2001, marking the beginning of one of the most beloved film sagas. The ’25 Years of Magic’ tribute will span three days, offering a range of events centered around the magical world of the young wizard. The festivities will start on Thursday, September 3, at 9:30 p.m. with an outdoor screening of ‘Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone’ at the Orquidario Botanical Park. The following day, visitors can explore an exhibition at Terraza Street showcasing life-size creatures and characters from the Harry Potter Universe, along with merchandise stalls. Additionally, the Padre Manuel Cultural Center will host a ‘Harry Potter Escape Room’ on Friday afternoon, providing an immersive experience for fans. A ‘Harry Potter Magic Parade’ will enchant the streets of Estepona on Friday evening, followed by a concert by the Ciudad de Jaén Symphonic Band at Plaza del Reloj. The celebration will conclude on Saturday at the Cultural Center with a day of board games inspired by the Harry Potter universe, offering free participation on a first-come, first-served basis. This event aims to unite Harry Potter enthusiasts of all ages, providing a magical experience for families and fans to relive the enchantment of this timeless series.
