Estepona City Council has announced that Salvador Vilches Gómez, a native of Estepona, will unveil his latest book ‘Experiences of Two Women’ on Friday, April 17th, at 18:00 hours, at the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall in Casa de Las Tejerinas. The book narrates the story of two women who reconnect in their later years, rediscovering a long-forgotten friendship through letters, encounters, and shared memories. Synopsis. Two women share intimate experiences and unveil their innermost thoughts. Their narratives are enriched with the wisdom that comes with age. This encounter between ordinary individuals is captured within the pages of the book, inviting readers to reflect as they delve into its contents. Born in Estepona in 1947, Salvador Vilches Gómez studied at the Don José Álvarez Academy and graduated in Tourism in 1973. Fluent in English and French in addition to his native language, he holds an M.B.A. from the University of Paris. He has held management positions in various hotels in Spain, Thailand, and Cuba, as well as overseeing hotel projects in Moscow. Following his retirement in 2011, Vilches has explored different fields, including literature, with his poetry book ‘La puerta abierta’ being published by Sakana editions last year.
