Estepona to Honor Young Achievers on Constitution Day

Estepona’s City Council will pay tribute to a group of young individuals on Constitution Day for their exceptional achievements in both professional and intellectual fields. The highlight of the event will be the appointment of Juan Miguel Quiñones, an acclaimed international artist, as an Adopted Son of Estepona. Alongside this prestigious recognition, 23 young residents will receive special mentions for their outstanding dedication and success in their respective careers. The ceremony will take place at the Felipe VI Theater Auditorium, where the remarkable accomplishments of these individuals will be celebrated and praised.
Among the recipients is Josema García Hormigo, a talented musician from Estepona who recently received the First Prize in Composition at an esteemed international competition. Another notable mention goes to Andrés García García, a promising biologist who led a groundbreaking research project in creating human bone marrow in a laboratory setting, revolutionizing the field of biomedical research.
