A new green space covering 20,000 square meters is set to open soon in the La Boladilla area of the eastern outskirts of Estepona. The project, led by the developer responsible for the area’s development, includes two playgrounds, a multipurpose sports court, fitness trails, nearly 300 trees, and naturalized meadows. The final stages of work are underway, focusing on lighting systems and street lighting to prepare the space for public use. Pedestrian paths, automatic irrigation, and environmental measures are also part of the project, aiming to optimize water consumption. This new green space adds to the existing leisure and recreational areas in Estepona, providing residents with more opportunities for outdoor activities and enjoyment.
