From December 15 to 19, the Local Sports Chess Academy will host the annual Christmas Tournament 2025 at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center in Estepona and Cancelada. The Estepona City Council has announced that registration is now open for this exciting event. Participants will include students from the Local Sports Chess Academy in Estepona and Cancelada, spanning all age groups, as well as members from the Active Participation Center for the Elderly. Matches will be played with a clock, allowing 10 minutes per player. The schedule is as follows: – Monday, December 15, at EDMA-E (Padre Manuel Cultural Center): U-7-8, from 16:30 to 18:00. – Tuesday, December 16: U-10-12, from 17:30 to 19:00. – Wednesday, December 17, at EDMA-C (Cancelada): all categories, from 17:00 to 19:30. – Thursday, December 18: U-14-16 and Seniors, from 19:00 to 20:30. – Friday, December 19: Seniors, from 11:00 to 13:00.
