The Estepona City Council has provided an update on the ongoing plan to enhance safety and maintenance on rural roads in the municipality. Throughout the year, the Consistory carries out cleaning, clearing, and other interventions in various locations such as Camino de La Pileta, La Cala, Loma de Atanasio, Huertas del Padrón, Parque de Los Pedregales, and Camino Adana, among others. The council also plans to continue stabilization and improvement works in different parts of the area. In addition to these efforts, work has been done to clear riverbeds, prevent floods, and protect nesting sites of local animal species. The campaign aims to ensure the preservation of the natural heritage of the municipality and reduce the risk of fires. The City Council urges the public to respect the environment by refraining from littering in these areas.
