The third installment of the renowned event ‘La Movida Flamenca’ will be held at El Ángel Park in Estepona on Saturday, August 1, starting at 8:45 p.m. The festival, which combines flamenco and pop music, will kick off with Gaspar Rodríguez on guitar and rising star Jassy Ojeda. It will also feature performances by guest artists Daniel Casares and Javier Ojeda. Estepona City Council is proud to present Zenet and Felipa del Moreno as the headliners for this year’s event, marking their debut in the city. Zenet, known for his captivating voice and jazz-infused sound, has established himself as a prominent figure in Spanish music. On the other hand, Felipa del Moreno, hailing from a distinguished flamenco lineage, will showcase her talent on stage. The festival will also showcase local talent with Gaspar Rodríguez and Jassy Ojeda opening the show. Councilwoman Macarena Diánez emphasized the high-quality and innovative nature of the festival, offering four hours of live music for free at Parque del Ángel, featuring both established and emerging artists. The festival’s origins trace back to Estepona’s San Juan Night celebration, where Daniel Casares and Javier Ojeda first shared the stage, leading to the inception of ‘La Movida Flamenca’.
